- 器具本体に熱源群を上向きに設けると共に、該
熱源群の上方に焼網を備えるものに於て、該熱源
群は赤外線バーナと該赤外線バーナより高温から
低温までの巾広い温度域に可変出来る広温度域可
変熱源を交互に配設した事を特徴とする焼物調理
器。
