固定子においてフラックス量及びフラックス分布等の改
良が困難であり、モータに対する各種の要望特性、高ト
ルクとか低トルクムラ等の要望に対し個々に設計を変更
しなくてはならなく、又コスト的にも高いという問題点
を有していた。
