Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ボデイの内部に流体を導入する入口ポート
と前記流体を導出する出口ポートとを画成し、前
記ボデイの内部に第1のダイヤフラムによつて流
体通路を遮断されるバランススプリング収納室を
画成すると共に前記第1ダイヤフラムの作用下に
入口ポートから導入される流体を通流遮断する弁
体を設け、さらに前記出口ポートに近接して前記
第1ダイヤフラムに対向する第2のダイヤフラム
を配設し、前記第1ダイヤフラムと第2ダイヤフ
ラムとをロツドによつて係合させ、且つ前記入口
ポートと出口ポートの間に絞りを介装するよう構
成することを特徴とする定流量弁。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の定流
量弁において、第1ダイヤフラムと第2ダイヤフ
ラムとの間に配設されるロツドは分離構成され、
夫々のロツドは前記第1ダイヤフラムの保持部材
と第2ダイヤフラムの保持部材からバランススプ
リング室内に延在して互いに係合自在に構成して
なる定流量弁。
