本発明は、インクジェット式プリンターのインクヘッド

従来の技術
従来のインクジェット式プリンターヘッドは、第4図に
示すものであった。第4図で、1は電歪振動子、2は本
体、3はインク供給口、4はノズル、5はインク室、6
は整流弁であり、このヘッドにおける構造はインク室5
の一部を形成する圧電体(電歪振動子)1にパルス電圧
を印加し、インク室5の体積を減少させて圧力波を発生
させ、この圧力波によってノズル4からインク滴(粒子
)1個を噴射させるものである。この時整流弁である整
流板6の動きは、インク室5の体積が減少した時、イン
ク供給口3に密着し、インクの逆流を防ぐ。そしてイン
ク室50体積が定常状態に戻った時、今度はノズル供給
口よシ離れ、インクがインク室5へ供給されるものであ

う欠点を有しており、これがまた板であるために、非常
にノズル供給口との中心を出すのが難しいものとなって

なる。これにより逆流防止弁の働きが正確かつ構造が簡
素化され、信頼性の高いものを安価に提供することがで
