記中間点から下方に向つて巻回密度が疎から密に
なりかつ前記上部コイル1341とは逆方向の磁
束を発生するように形成された下部コイル134
2との直列体又は並列体からなり、液面位検出範
囲の下部範囲に対して設けられた副励磁コイル1
34と、前記主励磁コイル132及び副励磁コイ
ル134に磁気結合され、かつ略均一な巻回密度
に形成された検出コイル136と、前記主励磁コ
イル132及び副励磁コイル134のコイル軸又
は前記検出コイル136のコイル軸に対して同軸
的に配設され、かつ液面位に応じて上下動するシ
