２ａ，２ｂを有する円形刃２を回転自在に装着し
てなるロータリーカツターにおいて、 上記ホルダー１の先端部１ｅにおける円形刃２
の反先端側に隣接してブレーキデイスク４を回転
自在にかつ円形刃２に対して進退自在に装着する
とともに、ホルダー１の先端部１ｅにおけるブレ
ーキデイスク４の反円形刃２側に隣接して摩擦部
材５をブレーキデイスク４に対して進退自在に装
着し、かつ該摩擦部材５をスプリング３により、
該摩擦部材５の摩擦面５ｃが上記ブレーキデイス
ク４の周面４ｆに圧接するように、付勢してなり
、 上記ブレーキデイスク４はその周面４ｆに、上
記円形刃２の刃先２ｃが入る周溝４ｃを備え、該
周溝４ｃの両側エツジ部４ｅが円形刃２の片刃面
と刃部側面又は両刃面２ａ，２ｂに圧接するよう
