- 水平面内に互いに９０°の角度をもつて配置し
た２台のカメラと、該カメラの映像信号からＩＣ
のリードの長さ方向の中心線を検出する２台のカ
メラそれぞれに接続された２つの中心線検出部と
、該２つの中心線検出部の中心線座標からＬ曲り
とθ曲りを算出する座標変換部とを含むことを特
徴とするＩＣリード曲り検出装置。
