Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. フランジ１に設けた透孔２内にパイプ３端部を挿入し、
    上記パイプ外周面４とフランジ端面５とによって形成さ
    れる第１交差部６と、透孔周壁８とパイプ端面７とによ
    って形成される第２交差部９とを、上記パイプ３をその
    軸心回りに回転させながら溶接するパイプとフランジと
    の自動溶接装置において、上記装置が、上記第１交差部
    ６と第２交差部９との相対位置関係を記憶する記憶手段
    と、上記パイプ外周面４と上記フランジ端面５との位置
    を検出する位置検出手段２３と、この検出結果に基づい
    て上記第１交差部６又は第２交差部９の位置を求めると
    共に、この位置と上記記憶値とに基づいて他方の第２交
    差部９又は第１交差部６の位置を求める制御手段と、上
    記各位置に溶接トーチ２１を移動させる駆動手段とを有
    することを特徴とするパイプとフランジとの自動溶接装
    置。
