- 下階の給湯路から分岐した上階への給湯路に給
湯圧を検出する給湯圧センサを設け、下階への給
湯路に前記給湯圧センサにより検出された給湯圧
が所定の下階給湯制限基準値を上回り、これより
も高圧の上階給湯制限解除基準値を下回るとき流
量が絞られ、下階給湯制限時に上階給湯圧が下階
給湯制限解除基準値以上になると流量を回復する
流量制御弁を設けたことを特徴とする給湯器。
