置であつて、前記キーシリンダを常に前記シリン
ダ腔内へ引込むように付勢する付勢手段と該付勢
力に抗して前記キーシリンダが前記シリンダ腔の
開口方向に少許摺動した時のみ前記キーシリンダ
を回動可能とする機構とを有することを特徴とす
