    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電気部品の半田接合部分を半田に浸しつつ前記半田接合
    部分に気泡を吹きつけることによって、半田付けを行う
    半田付装置のノズル装置において、外部より気体が供給
    されるバイブと、前記パイプが固着せしめられているケ
    ースを具備し、前記パイプの上方を円錐台形状の気体噴
    出部を有するカバーによって覆ったことを特徴とする半
    田付装置のノズル装置。
