このモータの駆動を制御するための制御部とを備

回転板の欠切部付近を所定の隙間を保つてその両
側から挾み込む二股形状の発光部と受光部を有す
る光電式カウントセンサーと、この光電式カウン
トセンサーからの出力を受け設定値と比較して上
記のモータの駆動を制御する設定カウンターから
