When connecting a telephone to a public telephone line, an exposed telephone tone ringer is required for each line, which generates a ringing tone to notify the user of an incoming call. Figure 1 shows an example of the circuit of an exposed telephone tone ringer, t, t L2
When a signal is input to C, the DC component in the signal is first cut by the capacitor C. The signal with the DC component cut off is input to terminals 1-8 of the incoming signal processing circuit 1,
After being rectified and smoothed by the incoming signal processing circuit 1, it is charged to the capacitor C2. When the voltage charged in this capacitor C2 exceeds a certain voltage, the incoming signal processing circuit 1
A signal is output from the number terminal. However, since the dial pulse when making a telephone call is also input to t, , L2, a signal is output from the second terminal of the signal processing circuit 1 at this time as well. Therefore, only when the signal emitted from terminal 2 is based on an incoming telephone signal, the ringing means 4
But you have to make it work. for that,
The internal circuit including the signal processing circuit 1 is configured as follows. In other words, if the voltage of capacitor C2 when there is an incoming signal is 8 times, and the voltage of capacitor C2 when the telephone dial is turned is E2, both of them are always 8 times.
Sato 〉There is a relationship of E2. Therefore, in this circuit,
A voltage detection circuit 2 is provided after the processing circuit 1, and the detection setting voltage E3 of the voltage detection circuit 2 is set as E,>E3>E
2, when the input signal is an incoming signal, the switching circuit 3 will be in the ON state, and when there is an output from the No. 2 terminal of the incoming signal processing circuit 1, this output signal will be sent to the ringing means. 4 to generate a ring tone. On the other hand, when the input signal is a dial pulse, the voltage applied to the voltage detection circuit 2 is E2, and the switching circuit 3
is in the OFF state, and even if there is an output from the second terminal of the incoming signal processing circuit 1, this output signal is not applied to the ringing means 4 and no ringing tone is generated. Therefore, using the internal circuit according to FIG. 1, an exposed telephone tone ringer is obtained that is free from malfunctions due to signals generated when turning the dial.

Conventionally, the structure of the body and cover containing these internal circuits was obtained by forming screw holes in advance at predetermined positions for attaching the exposed telephone tone ringer to construction materials such as pillars and walls, and holes for inserting electric wires. The internal circuit was mounted from the front onto the body, and a single outer cover was placed over it. However, when installing an exposed telephone tone ringer with the above structure on construction materials, wiring the attached exposed telephone tone ringer, or installing additional feed wiring, the cover must be removed and the internal circuits exposed. There is a risk that the internal circuit will be destroyed, and the poor workability is a problem.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes an internal circuit that is connected to a telephone line and generates a telephone ringing tone when an incoming telephone signal is input from the telephone line, and a body containing this internal circuit; Abstract: An exposed telephone tone ringer that also has an outer cover that covers the body, and an inner cover that covers an internal circuit so as to expose a terminal board inside the outer cover. It is said that The present invention will be explained below with reference to FIGS. 2 to 5 showing one embodiment and FIG. 6 showing a conventional example. first,
Internal circuit A is a metalized film capacitor CI that cuts the DC component in the input signal.
It is a ringing means that utilizes piezoelectric phenomenon, including an incoming signal processing circuit dedicated IC1' that processes the signal with the DC component cut off, an electrolytic capacitor C2 that charges the smoothed signal, and other circuits, S-shaped elements, etc. This internal circuit A is configured by mounting the piezoelectric buzzer 4', slide volume 5, etc. on the printed wiring board 6, and the volume of the entire internal circuit can be reduced. Next, the structure of the body that houses the internal circuit A and the cover that covers this body will be explained. First, the body 11 that houses the internal circuit A is located inside the outer cover 8, and the internal circuit At - It is formed integrally with the inner cover 10 for covering, and the terminal plate 7 is exposed and arranged at a position on the surface of the body 11 that corresponds to the inner side of the outer cover 8. A boss 9 is formed on the surface of this inner cover 10 and accommodates a portion that needs to be exposed on the surface of the outer cover 8 and faces an opening 15 provided in the outer cover. In this cavity of the body 11 where is formed,
The internal circuit A is housed from the back side. When the outer cover 8 of a conventional exposed telephone tone ringer having a body and cover structure is removed, the internal circuit is exposed as shown in FIG. 6, but in the exposed telephone tone ringer of the present invention, the As shown in FIG. 4, even when the outer cover is removed, the internal circuit A is protected by the inner cover IO, and there is no risk of it being destroyed. When wiring (such as feed wiring) passing through the inside of the outer cover is connected to this exposed telephone tone ringer, the outer edge of the inner cover 10 is connected to the outer cover 8.
Wiring passage 1 formed by moving inward from the inner edge of
3 along the path shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. , the outer cover 8 can now be placed over the body 11. Further, in order to guide the electric wires so that they do not protrude outward from the wiring passageway 13 and become a hindrance to covering the outer cover 8 over the body 11, a protrusion 14 is provided at the outer edge of the wiring passageway 13. [Effects of the Invention] Since the body and cover of the exposed tone ringer according to the present invention are constructed as described above, it is not necessary to remove the outer cover during installation to construction materials such as walls and pillars, wiring, and additional feed wiring work. Even if it is removed, the internal circuit will not be exposed and there is no risk of damage, so work efficiency can be improved.
