Abstract

PURPOSE:To avoid hindrance to covering by electric wires for wiring by providing a wiring duct formed by designing the titled ringer that both outer ridges of an inner cover is formed inside from both inner ridges of an outer cover. CONSTITUTION:A body 11 accommodating as internal circuit generating a telephone ring tone is in the inside of the outer cover 8 and formed integrally with the inner cover 10 to cover the internal circuit. In installing wiring (inerconnections or the like) passing through the inside of the outer cover, electric wires pass through a wiring duct 13 by designing the outer ridge of the inner cover 10 to be placed inside from the inner ridge of the outer cover 8. Then the electric wires are not placed between the outer cover 8 and the inner cover 10 and the outer cover 8 is covered on the body 11. A projection 14 is provided to the outer ridge of the wiring duct 13 so that the electric wires are not protruded toward the outside of the wiring duct 13 and it does not give any hindrance to the outer cover 8 to be covered to the body 11.

When connecting a telephone to a public telephone line, an exposed telephone tone ringer is required for each line, which generates a ringing tone to notify the user of an incoming call. FIG. 1 shows an example of the circuit of an exposed telephone tone ringer. When a signal is input to L and L2, first, the DC component in the signal is cut by the capacitor C1. The signal with the DC component reduced is
It is input to terminals 1 to 8 of the incoming signal processing circuit 1, and after being rectified and processed by the incoming signal processing circuit 1, the capacitor C2
is charged to. When the voltage charged in the capacitor C2 exceeds a certain voltage, a signal is output from the second terminal of the incoming signal processing circuit 1. However, since the dial pulse when making a call is input to L2, a signal is output from the No. 2 terminal of the signal processing circuit 1 at this time as well. Therefore, the ringing means 4 must be operated only when the signal emitted from the second terminal is based on an incoming telephone signal. For this purpose, the internal circuit including the signal processing circuit 1 is configured as follows. In other words, if the voltage of capacitor C2 when there is an incoming signal is EI, and the voltage of capacitor C2 when the telephone dial is turned is E2, then both are always E,>E.
There is a relationship between 2. Therefore, in this circuit, if the voltage detection circuit 2 is provided after the processing circuit 1 and the detection setting voltage E3 of this voltage detection circuit 2 is set so that E,>E3>E2, the input signal When is an incoming signal, the switching circuit 3 is turned on, and when there is an output from the second terminal of the incoming signal processing circuit 1, this output signal is applied to the ringing means 4 to generate a ringing tone. In contrast,
When the input signal is a dial pulse, the voltage applied to the voltage detection circuit 2 is E2, and the switching circuit 3 is OFF.
Even if there is an output from the second terminal of the incoming call signal processing circuit 1, this output signal is not applied to the ringing means 4 and no ringing tone is generated. Therefore, using the internal circuit according to FIG. 1, a bare telephone tone ringer is obtained that is free from malfunctions due to signals that would occur if dialing were imitated.

Traditionally, exposed telephone tone ringers that contain these internal circuits do not have a fixed place inside to accommodate the wiring wires, so the wiring that passes inside the exposed telephone tone ringer is routed between the cover and the inside of the body. It was expropriated at an appropriate time.

However, if work is done on an exposed telephone tone ringer with this wiring structure that requires the cover to be removed, such as installation, wiring, or additional feed wiring, when the cover is put back on after the work is completed, the wires may be exposed to the body or internal parts. In some cases, the circuit gets caught between the circuit and the cover, making it difficult to put the cover on properly, and poor workability has become a problem.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes an internal circuit that is connected to a telephone line and generates a telephone ringing tone when an incoming telephone signal is input from the telephone line, and a body containing this internal circuit; The wiring structure of an exposed telephone tone ringer includes an outer cover that covers the body, and an inner cover that is located inside the outer cover to protect the internal circuit and expose the terminal board. The gist of the present invention is a wiring structure of an exposed telephone tone ringer in which wiring is connected to a wiring path portion formed by the outer edge being inside the stomach inner edge of the outer cover. The present invention will be explained below with reference to FIGS. 2 to 6 showing one embodiment and FIG. 7 showing a conventional example. First, to explain internal circuit A, there is a metallized film capacitor C1 that cuts the DC component in the input signal, and an IC dedicated to the incoming signal processing circuit that processes the signal from which the DC component has been cut.
', an electrolytic capacitor C2 that charges the smoothed signal, other circuits, elements, etc., a piezoelectric buzzer 4' that is a sounding means using piezoelectric phenomenon, a slide volume 5, etc. are mounted on the printed wiring board 6. The internal circuit A is configured in this manner, and the volume of the entire internal circuit can be reduced. Next, the structure of the body that houses the internal circuit A and the cover that covers this body will be explained. First, the body 11 that houses the internal circuit A is located inside the outer cover 8, and the internal circuit It is formed integrally with an inner cover 10 for covering A, and a terminal plate 7 is provided at a position on the inside of the outer cover 8 on the surface of the body 11.
is placed exposed. An opening 1 provided in the outer cover accommodates the portion that needs to be exposed on the surface of the outer cover 8.
A boss 9 facing the inner cover 10 is formed on the surface of the inner cover 10, and an internal circuit A is housed in the cavity of the body 11 from the inner cover 10 toward the back side. ing. Therefore, even if the outer cover 8 is removed during work such as wiring, the internal circuit A is protected by the inner cover 10 and is unlikely to be destroyed. When wiring (such as feed wiring) passing through the inside of the outer cover is connected to the exposed telephone tone ringer, a wiring passage 13 is formed by moving the outer edge of the inner cover 10 closer to the inside than the inner edge of the outer cover 8. If the electric wire is passed along the path shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG.
The outer cover 8 can be placed over the body 11 without being caught between upper projections such as the inner cover 10. Furthermore, a protrusion 14 is provided at the outer edge of the wiring passage 13 in order to guide the electric wire so that it does not protrude outward from the wiring passage 13 and become a hindrance to covering the outer cover 8 over the body 11.

In the exposed telephone tone ringer with the conventional wiring structure, there was no fixed place for storing the electric wires, as shown in FIG. 7, but in the exposed telephone tone ringer with the wiring structure of the present invention, as shown in is accommodated in a certain passage 13 and guided by the protrusion 14 or wall 17, so that the workability when covering the outer cover 8 is improved. When connecting external wiring to the exposed telephone tone ringer described above, set conditions such as the wiring method, wire thickness, and number.
By cutting out the two-stage knockouts 15 placed at various locations on the body 11 and cover 8 and forming wire passing holes of appropriate number and size at the required positions, various wiring methods can be accommodated. This allows for construction with improved workability and appearance.
