Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a high density electrode head enabling high resolving recording, by using pagodite as the fixing material of an elongated electric conductor and exposing only the leading end of said electric conductor. CONSTITUTION:An electrode head is constituted so that groove processing is applied to pagodite 12 at pitches of 100mum by using a dicing saw so as to form grooves each having a width and a depth both of which are 50mum and copper wires 11 are engaged with the grooves as elongated electric conductors and subsequently pressed and fixed by pagodite 13 same to the aforementioned pagodite 12. Because this electrode head is constituted so that electrodes are embedded in the fixing material without being protruded and only the leading end parts thereof are exposed, a fine electrode may be used and, because the length of each electrode can be freely selected, the high resolving long life electrode head is enabled. Because pagodite is used as the fixing material, recording paper is not damaged even if the electrode head is moved in a state pressed to the recording paper and printing quality becomes excellent.

A recording device using electrical discharge breakdown recording paper consists of a vapor-deposited aluminum layer, a black layer, and a base paper layer.A voltage-applied electrode is brought into contact with the vapor-deposited aluminum layer of the electrical discharge breakdown recording paper, and the contact area is heated or the vapor-deposited aluminum layer is destroyed by electrical discharge. Recording is performed by removing the aluminum and exposing the underlying black layer. Therefore, in order to perform good writing, the write electrode head is manufactured in such a way that the electrode needles 21 are exposed to ensure reliable contact as shown in FIG.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the write electrode head configured as described above, the electrode needle must be made of a durable material in order to print by contacting (pressing) the electrode needle to the recording medium. Therefore, a thick and hard material must be used.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above problems, the electrode head of the present invention uses Rouseki as a material for fixing the elongated electrical conductor, and exposes only the tip of the elongated electrical conductor. Recording is performed on the recording medium by applying electricity between the recording medium and the recording medium.

Function: With the above-described configuration, the present invention does not require the electrode needles to protrude, and the electrode needles may be thin, making it possible to increase the density. In addition, since Rouseki is used as the fixing material for the electrode needle, the fixing material is stable and will not change due to the heat generated during printing (during discharge), and is slippery and soft, so it will not damage the recording material. High-quality printing is possible without the need for

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above description, the present invention comprises an elongated electrical conductor and a Rouseki fixing material for fixing the electrical conductor, and the tip of the elongated electrical conductor is exposed and recorded. Recording is performed on a recording medium by applying electricity between the body and the body. Conventionally, the higher the resolution, the thinner the electrode needles become, so the protruding amount of the electrode needles must be shortened to maintain the protruding electrode needles. However, in the electrode head of the present invention, the electrode head is buried in the fixing material without protruding, and only the tip is exposed, so even if the electrode is thin, it is impossible to create an electrode head with high resolution and long life. Since the length of the electrode can often be freely selected, it is possible to create an electrode head with high resolution and long life.

In addition, since the electrode head of the present invention uses Rouseki as a fixing material, the area around the elongated electrical conductor will not be destroyed, dust generated during recording will not adhere to it, and it will not move when pressed against the recording paper. The printing quality is also excellent because the recording paper is not damaged.
