材の他端部に取付けた案内部材の嵌挿孔に摺動可
能に挿嵌し、内端を前記基杆部に取付けるととも
に外端を案内部材より突出させた外部操作杆を設
け、さらに前記基杆部に巻装したばねを弁部と案
