続し成形用金型の下型4aに上記電圧トランス1、整流
回路ユニット2を設置する。次に整流回路ユニット2よ
り引き出された外部接続リード線3を上記下型4aと上
型4bの突き合せ面で挾持し上型4bと下型゛4aを突

が発生し不良の原因となり品質が悪くなるといった欠点

続リード線との間に隙間は発生しないことになり、成形
時に樹脂もれは発生せず完全充填された良品の高圧電源

であるリードホルダーで上記外部接続リード線7に装着
されている。以下高圧電源装置の製造方法について説明
する。まず整流回路ユニット6を高圧トランス6に組込
み下型8aに設置する。次に外部接続リード線7を通す
孔を設けた2片からなる角型のリードホルダー9を外部
接続リード線7に組込み、前記リードホルダー9を下型
8aと上型8bの突き合せ面で挾持し、下型8aと上型
8bを突き合せ金型内に溶融状態の樹脂を注入硬化し絶
縁外装を形成する。なお本実施例では外部接続リード線
7を通す孔を設けた2片からなる角型のリードホルダー
9を用いたが第3図に示すような2片からなる丸型のリ
