において、前記ローラまたは/および溶接用ワイ
ヤ送給経路に近接してワイヤ案内手段を設けたこ
とを特徴とする溶接用ワイヤ矯正装置。 (2) ワイヤ案内手段として、ローラを軸支する
支持体のローラ配設位置に、当該ローラを収容可
能でかつそのローラ厚を超えない深さを有する陥
凹部を夫々凹設すると共に、この陥凹部内に前記
ローラを回転自在に収納し、前記ローラと支持体
の解放面との間に溶接用ワイヤを走行案内するワ
イヤ案内片を関係的に配設したことを特徴とする
実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の溶接用ワイ
ヤ矯正装置。 (3) 前記ワイヤ案内片は、ローラを回転自在に
支持する支持軸の頂面に固定される実用新案登録

したローラと、該支持軸を溶接用ワイヤの送給経
路に対し直交する方向に移動可能に構成したロー
ラとからなり、少なくとも前記固定側のローラに
溶接用ワイヤを前記支持体の解放面との間で走行
案内するワイヤ案内片を関係的に配設したことを
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項〜第4
項の何れかに記載の溶接用ワイヤ矯正装置。 (6) ワイヤ案内手段として、2つの分割半体を
着脱可能に合体することにより前記複数個のロー
ラを収納する支持基台を構成し、前記分割半体の
一方に前記ローラを回転自在に配設し、前記分割
半体の他方に前記ローラの配設位置に対応して当
該ローラを収容可能な陥凹部を夫々凹設すると共
に、溶接用ワイヤの送給経路に沿つて当該ワイヤ
を案内する案内溝を穿設したことを特徴とする実
用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の溶接用ワイヤ
矯正装置。 (7) 前記複数個のローラを収納する支持基台に
おける分割半体の一方には、そのローラ配設位置
に当該ローラを収容可能でかつそのローラ厚を超
えない深さを有する陥凹部を夫々凹設すると共に
、この陥凹部内前記ローラを回転自在に収納した
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項
