Claims

an error amplifier to which a rotation command signal is input; a servo motor rotated by the output of the error amplifier; an arm having a moving coil fixed to one end and generating rotational displacement about an axis by rotation of the servo motor; and the moving coil. A servo mechanism, comprising: a constant magnetic flux magnetic circuit that generates a magnetic flux penetrating the arm; and a servo mechanism that feeds back a voltage generated in the moving coil due to rotational displacement of the arm to the error amplifier.
