Claims (1)
器の出力により回転するサーボモータと、一端にムービ
ングコイルが固定され前記サーボモータの回転により軸
を中心として回転変位を生ずるアームと、前記ムービン
グコイルを貫く磁束を発生する定磁束磁気回路と、前記
アームの回転変位により前記ムービングコイルに発生し
た電圧を前記誤差増幅器に帰還することを特徴としたサ
ーボ機構。an error amplifier to which a rotation command signal is input; a servo motor rotated by the output of the error amplifier; an arm having a moving coil fixed to one end and generating rotational displacement about an axis by rotation of the servo motor; and the moving coil. A servo mechanism, comprising: a constant magnetic flux magnetic circuit that generates a magnetic flux penetrating the arm; and a servo mechanism that feeds back a voltage generated in the moving coil due to rotational displacement of the arm to the error amplifier.
