出トラフにて完全に有機質ごみの排出が行えず、
排出砂中に有機質のごみが混ざる欠点がある。

果を向上せしめる。又この撹拌羽根を有する位置
より進行方向、第1図では右方向に洗浄槽の水流
を抑制するための仕切板3を洗浄槽内に垂設する
ように設ける。この仕切板3は洗浄槽幅と同幅を
有するものとし、しかもこの仕切板3の下端縁と
槽底部間に隙間を生じるようにして設け、これに
より撹拌羽根により撹拌洗浄される洗浄水、汚砂
が次の分離ゾーンにシヨートパスするのを防止
し、これにより汚砂の設定された洗浄を確実に充
分行えるようにし、これにて汚砂が撹拌ゾーンに
て適当なる滞留時間を得るようになす。又この撹
拌作用をより効率的に行うように補助的に洗浄槽
底面より高圧エヤーの注入と圧力水の注入とを行
うこともある。この撹拌羽根等にて仕切板で仕切
られた洗浄槽内の洗浄槽撹拌ゾーンA内で撹拌洗
浄された汚砂は有機質と無機質とに分離され、汚
水中に砂や有機質が浮遊する状態で仕切板下端縁
と槽底面との隙間を通過して排水通路となる分離
ゾーンBに達する。この分離ゾーンBの上部には
越流トラフ5を設け、該ゾーンを通つて上向流と
なる洗浄水をこの越流トラフを介して槽外へ排出
する。又この分離ゾーンBを形成する仕切板3と
対設した洗浄槽壁6の下端部に隙間Wを設け、こ
の分離ゾーンBの後流側に隣接された搬出ゾーン
Cと分離ゾーンBとを上記洗浄槽壁6の隙間Wを
介して連続せしめる。そして撹拌された汚泥が撹
拌ゾーンAより分離ゾーンBへ移り、この分離ゾ
ーンで発生している上向流にて有機質のごみを洗
浄水流(上向流)とともに上昇させ越出トラフよ
り放出すると共にこの分離ゾーンBで沈降する無
機質例えば砂や砂利等は洗浄槽壁下端の隙間Wを
経て搬出ゾーンCへ流れ込んでくる。するとこの
搬出ゾーンには洗浄槽壁外側面に近接し、且搬出
ゾーンの底面にそうように駆動されるフライトコ
ンベア等の搬出装置7が設けられ、且駆動されて
いるため、このフライト7aにて流入してきた洗
浄砂は掻き寄せられ搬出装置の駆動により所定位
置まで搬出されるものである。
