と、前記負荷変化速度と基準値との比較に基づいて加速
状態を判定する加速判定手段と、前記判定結果に基づい
て所定の加速状態時にＥＧＲ停止指令を発してＥＧＲ制
御弁を全閉させる停止指令手段とを設けたことを特徴と
