カムフイルタの上流側の前記ハニカム多孔面にヒ
ータ素子が設けられたパテイキユレート捕集装置
において、前記パテイキユレート捕集用ハニカム
フイルタの上流側ハニカム多孔面のセル開口部に
近接してヒータ素子を配設し前記セル開口部を熱
変形によるヒータ素子によつて閉塞することを特
