Claims (1)
- 筒状容器内に回転可能に配置されたテーブルに
コーテイング対象物を載置し、テーブルを回転さ
せながらコーテイング対象物の表面にコーテイン
グ剤を一部又は全面に塗布してコーテイング剤を
拡散させるように構成されたスピナにおいて、前
記筒状容器の内壁表面に前記コーテイング剤の溶
媒膜を形成し、該壁面に飛来するコーテイング剤
を該溶媒膜で回収するようにしたことを特徴とす
るスピナ。
