    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. クランクケース１の取付面３に固着するフラン
    ジ面７を備えたシリンダー５において、内径面１
    ０に軸方向に沿つて設けられた掃気溝１１を前記
    クランクケース１に連通して設け、前記フランジ
    面７と前記取付面３とのいずれた１方に、前記内
    径面１０と前記掃気溝１１の断面外周に沿つた形
    状のシール溝２１を設けるとともに、他方に前記
    シール溝２１に嵌合する環状の突起部２３を設け
    、前記突起部２３により前記シール溝２１内に設
    けたシール体２５を密封して設けたことを特徴と
    するエンジンのシリンダー密封装置。
