Abstract

PURPOSE:To produce easily a chain for ornamentation which is excellent in design using a composite material constituted by joining plural pieces of long- sized members made of a noble metal with a spacer metal therebetween to manufacture the chain then dissolving the spacer metal with a chemical treating liquid. CONSTITUTION:The spacer metal 4 which is dissolved by the chemical treating liquid is joined at joint surfaces 5, 6 by brazing or welding between strips 3A and 3B made of the noble metal as the long-sized members made of the noble metal to manufacture a piece is cut to a specified length and the cut members are successively intersected while links are formed. The chain is braided by inside and outside noble metal rings 3a, 3b joined at a joint 2 and the links 3' consisting of the spacer metal 4. The resulted chain is dipped into the chemical treating liquid to dissolve away the metal 4. The chain intersected with the annular link 3 consisting of the two noble metal rings 3a, 3b on the inside and outside is completed by such treatment.

However, in order to weave a chain with pieces made of multiple rings like this, each ring 3a, 3b must be held accurately in a predetermined position, and each ring 3a, 3b must be interlinked together. However, the work is difficult and there are significant manufacturing technology constraints. In particular, in addition to simply interlinking, each piece is twisted or crushed after interlinking to give a change in appearance and a design process is applied, but multiple rings 3a, 3b For pieces consisting of
Such complex additions were even more difficult, and practical implementation was delayed.

The technical means of the present invention taken to solve this problem is to arrange multiple long shrines made of precious metals in parallel with spacer metals that are dissolved in a chemical treatment liquid in between, and to integrate them by joining them. A method is adopted in which a chain is prepared using a composite elongated member made of metal, and the spacer gold is dissolved in a chemical treatment liquid to separate a plurality of noble metal members.

According to this technical means, a chain is manufactured instead of interlinking and connecting multiple independent rings as in the past.
At this stage, each ring is integrated with a spacer metal interposed therebetween. Therefore, when knitting the chain, do the fifth
As shown in the figure, the conditions are exactly the same as when manufacturing a chain with a single ring piece. After the chain is knitted, a chemical treatment solution is used to dissolve the spacer metal between each ring, forming multiple rings made of precious metals and completing a chain consisting of multiple rings. Therefore, according to this method,
Regardless of the number of rings constituting one piece, at the stage of weaving the chain, the entire ring is integrated via the spacer metal and becomes intertwined with one piece.

Therefore, regardless of the number of rings, a chain can be woven into wealth in the same way as a single ring piece. It is also possible to twist and crush the pieces in exactly the same way as for single-ring pieces.

The noble metal strips 3A, 3B, 9A, 9B shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 have a rectangular cross section, and the spacer metal 4 also has a rectangular cross section. However, it is not limited to a rectangular shape, and various cross-sectional shapes as shown in FIG. 4 are possible. That is, each noble metal elongated member a', b, c, . . . does not need to be plate-shaped, and may have a triangular, square, circular, semicircular, or other arbitrary cross-sectional shape. In addition, the spacer metal 4 that maintains the interval between these precious metal elongated parts iJa, b, C... is also shaped according to the shape and number of the elongated parts +A'a,, b, c... be done. The piece can also be formed by twisting a composite member having such a cross-sectional shape. Furthermore, the respective lengths of precious metals joined via the spacer metal 4 = 6- length members a, b, c, and b are not of the same type of precious metal, but are of different types, such as gold and platinum, for example. You can also do that. The shape of each piece can be any of the various shapes conventionally used, and is not necessarily ring-shaped. α・No need.

According to the present invention, several pieces of yuzu are placed in parallel and integrated together via a spacer metal that dissolves with acid, etc.
After the pieces are formed and the chain is woven, the spacer metal is removed by dissolving it with acid or the like. Therefore, even though the number of rings constituting each piece is +l/11, the conditions at the stage of weaving a chain are exactly the same as for rll-ring pieces. Therefore, in the same way as in the case of the conventional 1'11--ring piece, fl? i l'l'ni?
Tsuichi also has the ability to intertwine pieces of various shapes and weave chains. Since pieces with multiple rings can be made in this way, a wide variety of chain designs are available, and chains with excellent designs can be easily manufactured.
