を後側に配置するとともに、前記第２液晶表示パ
ネルの後面側にバツクライトを設け、さらに前記
第１液晶表示パネルと第２液晶表示パネルとの間
に、前記第１液晶表示パネルの前面側から入射す
る外光を反射させかつ前記バツクライトからの照
明光は透過させるハーフミラーを設けたことを特
