イング層の上側に耐熱性金属板からなる袋体に低
熱伝導率物質を内包してなる断熱ガスケツトを挾
んでセラミツクスからなるピストン冠部を重ね合
わせ、ボルトおよびナツトにより結合したことを

を形成し、この突条によつて囲まれる円筒部の内
