Abstract

PURPOSE:To supply a predetermined quantity of a material to a hopper by carrying swiftly and correctly the same to a specific molding machine, by reciprocating a carry bucket between a material reservoir and the hopper of each of molding machines. CONSTITUTION:When a carry bucket 14 is stopped underneath any of hopper driers 7-12, a material metered by a metering measure 15 is removed to the carry bucket. The same is sent up to the upper part of a hopper 1a of a molding machine 1 and stopped at a predetermined position of the upper part of the hopper. When the carry bucket 14 is stopped, a bottom lid 18 is pushed open by driving an air cylinder 20 and the material in the carry bucket is dropped into the hopper 1a. In this instance, the hopper 1a is at an advanced position along with an injection device. When supply of the material to the hopper is completed, the bottom part of the carry bucket is closed and moved to hopper dryer 7-12 sides. With this constitution, there is no such troublesomeness as to supply of the material through an air pipe.
