孔、４……蓋、５……支承軸、６……ストツパ、
７……スパイラルスプリング、８……コンベヤベ
ルト、９……分割パン生地。

Claims (1)
- 内周面が垂直軸に対して軸対称に形成され、下
方に開口部を有する容器を、前記軸から偏心した
垂直軸線の回りに公転させることにより、その内
側に囲んだ定量分割パン生地を丸めるようにした
成形機において、前記容器の天井面を上、下方向
に移動可能ほ支承し、かつ同面を下方に向けて軽
く付勢することにより、成形中、常時パン生地の
上端面を押えるようにする一方、その天井面が前
記容器内側から抜け落ちることがないよう前記支
承部に抜出し防止手段を施したことを特徴とする
パン生地丸め機用カツプ。
