DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a core material provided inside a sliding door such as a sliding door or a screen.

For example, sliding doors such as fusuma (sliding doors) have a core material inside them, which is made by sandwiching a honeycomb paper core between two single-layer wood boards in the shape of a sandwich. The conventional core material of this type is 30
The honeycomb paper core and the single-layer wood board were bonded using an adhesive that dries at about 40 degrees to 40 degrees. If a hot press or the like is used to dry the adhesive quickly during this bonding, there is a drawback that the adhesive dries before the bonding is completed, resulting in insufficient bonding. Therefore, when air-dried, the water content of the adhesive migrates to the honeycomb paper core and the single-layer wood board, which swells and forms rows after drying, causing the single-layer wood board to peel off.

The purpose of the present invention is to create a core material that can maintain adhesive strength over a long period of time without causing such peeling.The main feature of this invention is that both sides of the honeycomb paper core are made of single-layer wood boards. They are sandwiched in a sandwich shape and bonded with an adhesive containing melamine, phenol, formaldehyde co-condensed resin, methanol, free formaldehyde, and water, and then hot pressed at 110 to 140 degrees.
The point is to dry at a temperature of 30°F.

The present invention will be described below based on drawings showing an example of implementation. In the figure, numeral 1 indicates a honeycomb paper core, and the details in the illustration are omitted. 2, 2 are rolls that apply adhesive to both sides of the honeycomb paper core 1 in the thickness direction;
is coated with adhesive by these rolls 2, 2 and sent in the direction of arrow A in FIG. The main ingredients of this adhesive are the following:

メラミン、フエノール ホルムアルデヒド共縮合樹脂 51% メタノール 7% 遊離ホルムアルデヒド 1% 水 41% 合 計 100% 尚接着剤の粘着性及び接着力をより高め、又硬

The honeycomb paper core 1 coated with the adhesive described above is sandwiched between two single-layer wood boards 3, 3 with a thickness of 0.6 to 1.2 mm from both sides in the thickness direction in a sandwich shape (see Fig. 2), and these are hot pressed. 110 degrees ~
By placing it at a temperature of 140 degrees for 1 minute (see Figure 3), the honeycomb paper core 1 and the single-layer wood board 3,3
are firmly bonded. The reason why it can be hot pressed at high temperatures of 110 to 140 degrees is because the adhesive contains moisture, and conventional adhesives cannot be hot pressed.
