れ、該鍔7は前記ブラケツト4に回転自在に支持
されたピニオン8の中央部に一体に設けられた2
枚の摩擦板9a,9b間に圧入され、操作軸6を
回転させることにより鍔7から摩擦的に摩擦板9
a,9bとともにピニオン8が減速回転されるよ
うになつている。
