コマ型ブロツクにおいて、前記錐形胴部の途中か
ら柱状軸脚の途中にまで至る外壁に嵌着して一体
化しうる錐形部と直筒部とで形成された弾性を有
する筒状のカラーであつて、該カラーの少なくと
も両端の開口縁に全周に亘つて、液流入阻止用の
ストツパーを設けたことを特徴とするコマ型ブロ
