Particulars 1, Name of JI Concrete 1 - Waste processing power Law 2, Special ♂ 'J1' Scope of requirements Concrete 1 - Pulverize or block waste (sludge solid content) generated from factories A processing method for crushing baked and hardened I-komono into suitable particles, adjusting them, and reusing them as FA sashimi (zangetsu) for construction or construction. 3. Details of the invention. Explanation of this issue 11j] When manufacturing concrete or disposing of concrete, the waste (sludge solid content) generated as a by-product is sintered and then treated in an appropriate manner. Waste is processed by crushing it into fine particles and reusing it as a building material.Concrete waste (solid content of sludge)
To explain the generation and recovery process of
Collect water for cleaning transport vehicles or concrete transport equipment, etc., and mix and stir remaining concrete (concrete that has not hardened yet) with water. (2) After removing gravel, sand, and fine sand from the water in the previous item (]), collect the sludge water (slurry-like water). (3) The sludge water recovered from ij'u term (2) is dehydrated, and the sludge solids are separated and recovered. 1) The chemical composition of the sludge solid content recycled through the recovery steps (1) to (3) in section 'a' is shown in Figure 1, and its physical properties are shown in Figure 2. It is. Traditionally, all methods of disposing of sludge solids rely on landfill disposal. The solid content of sludge has a fine shape and high water absorption, and the compaction effect during landfilling is rB <, which is commonly understood during rainfall.
If water is released from the reclaimed soil (soft soil), it will flow out as an aqueous solution with a significantly high hydrogen ion concentration (pH), which may cause secondary pollution and should not have a negative impact on crops, fish, or shellfish. let Furthermore, in recent years, land for landfill has been decreasing, which has become a serious problem. This project is a method for processing concrete waste η1 (sludge solid content) devised to eliminate these four condyle problems. It is characterized by contributing to environmental conservation by crushing this into suitable particles and reusing the crumbs as construction material. Figures 3 and 4 show the fired o', A-cut+, physical test results of (sludge solid content sintered and hardened) and general natural concrete (aggregate for natural concrete h), and concrete 1
- This is a comparison of the compressive strength test results when used as a bone scraper, and the results show that the fired material is equivalent to or better than natural bone scraper. It can be used for convenience. Furthermore, since it has a lower specific gravity than natural AA resin, it can be used as a lightweight bone moon for general construction. In addition, when the solid content of the sludge is baked and hardened, its color is
It becomes brown in color, but it is possible to harden it to a nearly white color by mixing pottery stone, feldspar, or a non-combustible leaf material such as 1 fftl powder, and by adding face MFI to this. It can be colored by adding it and baking it to harden it, and it can also be used as a decorative Yenken toy. In addition, it can be baked and hardened in a plate or flocked form and used as a decorative board for zangetsu or a rough block for zangetsu without crushing it. In this way, the firing monthly yield is widely used as a residual phase in ITI-
Since the waste confectionery is used as raw materials, the production cost can be saved. In addition, it plays a major role in preventing pollution related to water turbidity and contributing to environmental conservation4.A brief explanation of the drawingsFigure 1 is a chemical analysis table of sludge solid content.Figure 2 is a chemical analysis table of sludge solid content. Figure 3 is a comparison table of physical test results using fired monthly rate and general natural fuel type 1.
