Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the loading and unloading of cargos onto and from a cargo bed, by swingably supporting the cargo bed having a roller conveyor on its top surface, on a vehicle body, and by enabling the cargo bed to be inclined down forward and rearward by means of a control device. CONSTITUTION:Upon cargo loading an elevator 18 is raised to its uppermost position by means of a motor 20 while a cargo bed 3 is inclined down forward by rotating a handle 9 of a control device 8. Then, a cargo is loaded on a cargo receiving bed 15 which is then raised up to the level of the cargo bed 3 by means of a motor 16. Next, the cargo on the cargo receiving bed 15 is shifted onto the cargo bed 3, and is moved forward since the cargo bed 3 is inclined. When the cargo bed 3 is fully loaded, the elevator 18 is lowered until it abuts against the cargo on the cargo bed 3, and therefore, the cargo is held by the elevator 18. Further, the cargo receiving bed 15 is again raised up to the elevator 18, and therefore, the cargo on the cargo receiving bed 15 may be loaded on the elevator 18.
