【考案の詳細な説明】 本案はプレハブ冷蔵庫の改良構成に関し、特に
天井壁上に上方へ突出して冷却ユニツトを配設し
たものである。

くするため、天井壁上に上方へ突出して冷却ユニ
ツトを配設しているが、天井壁と冷却ユニツトの
外装体とが別体形成の場合、天井壁と外装体との
当接部分に熱リーク或いは熱伝導等にて結露した
り、外装体外周近傍に結露し天井壁上面に溜つて
いた。天井壁上面に溜つた露水は容易に流下せ
ず、天井壁外板を腐触したり、害虫や細菌の繁殖
の原因となり好ましくなかつた。特に連続運転中
には、天井壁上面に溜つた露水は自然蒸発しきれ
ず増加することとなり、上述の欠点が著しかつ
た。

成した内部を貯蔵室5とするプレハブ冷蔵庫本体
で、外面板6、内面板7、及び該両面板6,7間
にに充填した断熱材8等にて形成する断熱パネル
2A1枚或いは複数枚組合せることによつて形成
した天井壁2上には、貯蔵室5内を所定温度に冷
却するための冷却ユニツト9を上方に突出して装
設している。この冷却ユニツト9は下面に開口す
る箱体状の外装体10を、前記天井壁2に形成し
た通気口11周縁に、該通気口11を閉塞する如
く覆着すると共に、外装体10内に形成した冷却
室12内に、前記通気口11を介して貯蔵室5を
冷却する冷却器13及び冷却強制循環用の送風機
14を配設している。前記天井壁2上面には、冷
却ユニツト9外方に、前記冷却器13を冷媒サイ
クルを形成する冷媒圧縮機15及び凝縮器16を
載置装設している。前記外装体10A、外装板1
0B及びこれら両側板10A,10B間に断熱材
10Cを充填して構成する等の断熱壁体にて形成
すると共に、その開口端面を金属板或いは合成樹
脂材にて形成した保護枠17にて覆い且つシール
材18等を介して天井壁2の通気口11周縁外面
板6上に気密載置している。前記保護枠17は外
周縁を少許天井壁2側に外装体10端面より段落
突出して還状突条17Aを形成し、外装体10端
面との間に、前記凝縮器16の一部である高温冷
媒流通用の放熱管19を配設する中空室20を形
成している。そのため前記シール材18はこの環
状突条17Aの内周側に配設して、外装体10と
天井壁2との気密保持を行つている。前記放熱管
19は保護枠17の外周縁及び環状突条17Aと
当接する天井壁2の上面板6等、外装体10と天
井壁2との当接部を加熱し、結露及び着霜を防止
する。前記保護枠17は螺子21等を前記外装体
10に着脱可能に装着されている。22は外装体
10内の周壁及び室に通気口11より上方に位置
して配設した区画板で、前記冷却器13より露水
を受容する露受部22A、送風機14のマウスリ
ングを形成する吐出口22B、及び貯蔵室5より
の帰還冷気を吸込み冷却器13へ流通する吸込口
22Cを形設している。

より形成された中空室内を放熱管の配管部に利用
でき、配管作業性の向上を図ることができ、さら
に、この環状突条が天井壁に直接或いは箱片シー
ルを介して当接し、内周側に配設したシール材に
のみ冷却ユニツトの何重が加わることなく、従つ
てシール材が軟質であつても、経年使用によつて
所謂押し潰され気密効果を損うことも軽減され、
気密保持効果が向上すると共に、シール材の材質
選択の幅が拡大する。又、冷媒サイクルの高温冷
媒流通用の放熱管を用いるため、熱源用電力消費
はなく、且つ放熱効果が促進されて凝縮器の小型
化が計れる。更に保護枠を外装体に着脱可能とし
ており、放熱管或いは外装体等何れの損傷によつ
ても全てを交換することなく、個々に修理交換出
来、保守管理が良好となる。
