装置であつて、上記トラツクフレーム1の後端に

と、片持ち式にこのアーム3に取付けられ且つ緊
張輪5を回転自在に軸承している車軸4とを備え
ていると共に、上記トラツクフレーム1から車軸
4が突出している側の上記スライドブラケツト2
端部内面に第1当板7が固着され、一方、この当
板からスライドブラケツト2長手方向に距離をお
き且つ上記車軸突出側とは反対の側の該ブラケツ
ト内面に第2当板8が固着され、これら第1及び
第2当板7,8の内面間の間隔が上記車軸支持ア
