本発明の一実施例について添付図面とともに説
明する。第1図,第2図は焙焼箱及びガス燃焼室
の構成を示す断面図及び分解斜視図である。1は

面ドア4で開閉される焙焼箱、その奥壁5のほぼ
中央に循環流出口6が両側に循環流入孔7が、上
方に排気孔8がそれぞれ形成してある。9は排気
孔8に接続した排気筒、10は焙焼箱3と別体
で、この焙焼箱3の背部にビスを介して取り付け
た熱源ケースであり、燃焼室11、吸引室12、
フアン収納箱13をもつ。上記燃焼室11は熱源
ケース10の下部に位置するとともに、周壁に燃
焼空気の導入口14を、頂壁に吸引室12に開口
する燃焼ガス通口15を形成したものであり、ガ
スバーナ16が収納してある。また吸引室12は
その隔壁17によつて循環流出口6を包囲するご
とく形成してあり、収納室13に設けたフアン1
8の吸引側と対向して吸引口19を穿設してい
る。さらにフアン収納箱13の両側は吸引室12
の両外側までのびて循環流入孔7に連通する吐出
系路を構成している。21はフアン18を駆動す
るモータ、22は冷却フアンであり、これらフア
ン18、モータ21、ケーシングとなる収納室1
3などでフアン機構23が構成されている。なお
フアン18はモータの軸に取り付けネジ24を介
して着脱自在に取付けられている。また、25は
