のパイプの嵌合部を覆うスリーブ１９に前記２つ

た径方向段部１６と係合する小径の当接部２０を
形成し、前記スリーブ１９に形成された収容凹部
内に締結用の弾性体２２を装着すると共に、径方
向に変位し前記２つのパイプのうち他方の第２パ
イプ１２に形成された径方向段部１８と係合する
舌部２７を前記弾性体２２に設け、前記２つのパ
イプを嵌合させた状態の下で前記一方のパイプか
ら前記他方のパイプに向けて前記スリーブ１９を
摺動することにより前記舌部２７と前記他方のパ
イプの径方向段部とを係合させて前記２つのパイ
プ相互を連結し得るようにしたことを特徴とする
