Claims (1)
- 金型キヤビテイ内のガス抜き装置と、このガス
抜き装置を介して金型キヤビテイ内の空気を外部
へ吸引する吸引装置とを備えたダイカストマシン
の射出装置において、射出スリーブ内を進退する
プランジヤチツプの外周面から空気を吸引する吸
引装置を設けるとともに、前記射出スリーブの内
周面とプランジヤロツドとの間に、内部への加圧
流体の供給時にプランジヤロツドの軸線方向１部
の全周面に密着し加圧流体の非供給時にこの全周
面から離れる中空環状の膨張収縮部材を射出スリ
ーブ側に固定して設けたことを特徴とするダイカ
ストマシンの射出装置。
