ろで従来の帯鋸盤では作業中にダイヤモンドチップソー
の無端帯と駆動輪との間に水が入り込むため、ハイドロ
プレーニング現象が生じてダイヤモンドチップソーの回
転を不能にする不具合が生じた。 これは、帯鋸盤がダ
イヤモンドチップの切削力を利用して鋼材や石材等の硬
質の材料を切断する方式であるため、被切断材の加工箇
所に冷却水を注ぎかけなければならないので、この水の
一部ダイヤモンドチップンーの回転力により、又、一部
は無端帯に付着して必然的に無端帯と駆動輪との接触部
