液中のヘモグロビンの吸収スペクトルにおいて酸
素飽和度が100%と0%とで吸光度が大きく変
化する特定波長のみを通す一つのフイルタと、酸
素飽和度が100%と0%とで吸光度が実質的に
変化しない特定波長のみを通す二つのフイルタを
使用し、これにより生体組織表面付近の血液中の
ヘモグロビン量および酸素飽和度の相対的二次元
分布をカラー撮像可能とした三色分光カメラ。 Three types of filters are placed in front of each image sensor in a three-panel or three-tube color TV camera to detect specific wavelengths whose absorbance changes significantly between 100% and 0% oxygen saturation in the absorption spectrum of hemoglobin in blood.
