なる波長分布を有する基準スリツト光を生成する
第1のフイルタとを装着したプロジエクタと、こ
のプロジエクタから前記基準スリツト光を有する
マルチスリツト光が測定対象物に投射され前記測
定対象物からの反射スリツト光の像を受像する光
学系と、この光学系により受像された反射スリツ
ト光の像を2方向に分離するハーフミラーと、こ
のハーフミラーにより分離された一方の反射スリ
ツト光の像から前記基準スリツト光だけの像を取
り出す第2のフイルタと、この第2のフイルタを
通過した基準スリツト光だけの像を撮像する第1
の撮像素子と、前記ハーフミラーにより分離され
た他方の反射スリツト光の像を撮像する第2の撮
像素子と、前記第1及び第2の撮像素子に撮像さ
れた2つの像からスリツトの座標を求めるための
画像処理を行う画像処理装置を設けた構成とした
