【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は自動車のドア開放動作時におけるオートバイ等
の衝突事故を防止せしめる様にした自動車ドア開閉装置

通常タクシ−等の自動車においては利用客の乗降を円滑
ならしめるため、後部ドアを自動的に開閉制御せしめる
自動ドア開閉機構が装備され、運転席の近くに設置せし
めた開閉スイッチの操作により後部ドアを自動開閉せし
める様に成しているが、自動車が氾濫して道路事情が悪
い都心部においては客を乗せるために開いた後部ドアに
対し後方を走行中のオートバイ等が衝突する事故が多発
しており、自動車には後部ドアを開放せしめるに際し後
方を走行中のオートバイ等に対し注意を促す手段がない

本発明はかかる欠点に鑑み、自動車のドアを適宜動力に
より開閉作動せしめる自動ドア開閉機構を備え、該自動
ドア開閉機構の開閉を運転席の近(に設置せしめた開閉
スイッチにより電気的に開閉制御せしめ、該開閉スイッ
チと自動ドア開閉機構の信号経路中に所定時間開放指令
を遅延せしめる遅延回路を介装せしめ、又自動車におい
て後方より視認される適宜箇所にランプ点燈による後方
警報表示器を設置せしめると共に該後方警報表示器をフ
リッカ回路を介して遅延回路に連繋せしめた自動車ドア
開閉装置における安全装置を提供して上記欠点を解消せ
んとしたものにして、以下本発明の一実施例を図面に基
づいて説明すると、
1は自動車の本体でありS後部のドア2には自動ドア開
閉機構3が装備され、該自動ドア開閉機構3は一端をピ
ラーに枢支せしめた作動杆4の他端にレバー5を介して
ドア2に内装せしめたシリンダー6のロッド6aを枢着
せしめてシリンダー6の作動によりレバー5を介してド
ア2を開閉作動せしめる様に成し、シリンダー6は電磁
弁7を経由してエンジンのインテークマニホールド8に
対しバイブ9.1O111を介して連繋せしめ、該イン
テークマニホールド8の負圧を利用してシリンダー6を

定により所定時間遅れて開閉スイッチ14の開放指令を

したブザー22が断続的に発音作用されて運転者に対し
注意を促し、かかる状態が所定時間(2〜3秒位)継続
して遅延回路エフの作用が完了すると、後方警報表示器
19およびブザー22による警報が止まると同時に電磁
弁7にドア開の信号が送られてドア2が開放作動される
と共に、カーテシスイッチ23がドア2の開放側に切り

17を介装せしめたので、開閉スイッチ14によるドア
2の開放指令操作から実際にドア2が開放作動する迄に
所定時間が介在されることとなって運転者に対し後方の
安全を確認する余裕を与えることが出来、客乗せ時にお
ける反射的な開閉スイッチ14の開放操作によってもド
ア2は直ちに開放動作せず、よってドア2に対するオー
トバイ等の不意な衝突事故の防止に貢献出来、又自動車
において後方より視認される適宜箇所にランプ点燈によ
る後方警報表示器19を設置せしめると共に該後方警報
表示器19をフリッカ−回路21を介して遅延回路17
に連諮せしめたので、自動車の後方を走行中のオートハ
イ等に対し前方の自動車のドア2がこれから開放される
ことを事前に知らしめて後方車輌の運転者に注意を促す
ことにより衝突事故を未然に防止することが出来る等そ
