ニツトの要部ブロツク図である。
同図中、１は本体、３はダイヤフラム、４はダ
イヤフラム収容室、５は弁棒、６はニードル弁、
７は弁座、８は復帰スプリング、９は低圧室、１
０は高圧側接続部、１１は小孔、１２は逆止弁で
ある。
