同図中、1は本体、3はダイヤフラム、4はダ
イヤフラム収容室、5は弁棒、6はニードル弁、
7は弁座、8は復帰スプリング、9は低圧室、1
0は高圧側接続部、11は小孔、12は逆止弁で
ある。
