を説明すると、第3図は埋設されている既設の管

る盲蓋装置Xの断面構造図であり、第4図は管口
部からみた正面図を示すものである。3はコンク
リート管10の内径に合致する大きさの円板より
なる盲蓋であり、この盲蓋3に対向してコンクリ
ート管10の外径より大きな長さを有する2本の
平板よりなるずれ止めアンカー2を設ける。この
盲蓋3にはその円周より内方に派出している固定
板5を設けると共に、盲蓋3とずれ止めアンカー
2の中間に押し輪9を設けた環状の移動板6を設
け、この環状の移動板6を固定板5に接する個所
にコンクリート管10の内壁に内接するような止
水ゴム環を介在させ、押し輪9とずれ止めアンカ
ー2の間にボルト7を挿通し、ずれ止めアンカー
2の外側にナツト8を螺着してこのナツト8を回
動することによつて押し輪9、移動板6を盲蓋3
方向に押し出し介在している止水ゴム4を圧縮膨
出させてコンクリート管10の内壁面に密着させ
て止水と土砂の流入を防ぐものである。図中の符

性を保持するもので工事の際の取付けが簡単であ
り、完全な止水が期待できるという実用上の効果
を奏し、したがつて既設の管路Bには水の流入が
なく水は管路AからCに流出するものであるから
