Claims (1)
を配置して二層となし、緯糸1と緯糸2の間、経
糸1または緯糸2の外側の少なくともいずれかに
、熱可塑性繊維よりなる極薄の不織布3を配置す
ることにより、繊維相互の配列状態を固着保持し
たことを特徴とする補強用基布。 2 経糸および緯糸がマルチフイラメントである
無撚または甘撚糸である第1項記載の補強用基布
。 3 経糸または緯糸の少なくとも一方が、高弾性
・高鋼性マルチフイラメントである第1項記載の
補強用基布。 4 マルチフイラメントが、炭素繊維、黒鉛繊維
、芳香族ポリアミド繊維、またはガラス繊維、で
ある第1項記載の補強用基布。 5 熱可塑性繊維がポリエチレン、ポリプロピレ
ン、ナイロン、ナイロンコポリマー、ポリ塩化ビ
ニル、ポリ塩化ビニリデン、ポリエチレン・酢酸
ビニルコポリマー、ポリエステルコポリマー、ま
たは、これらの複合繊維である第1項記載の補強
用基布。 6 極薄不織布の目付が5〜30g/m2である第
1項記載の補強用基布。 7 経糸1と緯糸2との間に極薄の不織布3が配

The reinforcing base fabric according to item 1, wherein the ultra-thin nonwoven fabric has a basis weight of 5 to 30 g/ m2 . 7. The reinforcing base fabric according to item 1, wherein an extremely thin nonwoven fabric 3 is disposed between the warp 1 and the weft 2. 8. The reinforcing base fabric according to item 1, wherein the warp 1 is arranged between the weft 2 and the ultra-thin nonwoven fabric 3. 9. The reinforcing base fabric according to item 1, wherein the weft 2 is arranged between the warp 1 and the ultra-thin thermoplastic fiber nonwoven fabric 3. 10. The reinforcing base fabric according to item 1, which uses a yarn in which a heat-fusion yarn is wound around the weft 2.
