    設された、該排気ガス内のパテイキユレートを除
    去するフイルタ部材と、該フイルタ部材の排気ガ
    ス流入方向端面に近接して配設された、前記パテ
    イキユレートを着火燃焼させるヒータ部材を備え
    たデイーゼルパテイキユレート排気処理装置にお
    いて、 前記フイルタ部材の排気ガス流入方向端面の中
    でヒータ部材による着火が困難な部分にパテイキ
    ユレートが堆積しない構造としたことを特徴とす
    るデイーゼルパテイキユレート排気処理装置。 (2) 前記パテイキユレートが堆積しない構造が
    前記ヒータ部材にによる着火が困難な部分に排気
    ガスの流入を防止する流入阻止部材を設けたもの
    である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のデイ
    ーゼルパテイキユレート排気処理装置。
