    としたことを特徴とする表面燃焼バーナ。 ２ 多孔質母材１が６０〜９０％の気孔率を有し
    、多孔質表面層がこれより５％以上大きい気孔率
    を有するものである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載の表面燃焼バーナ。 ３ 多孔質母材１の耐熱性繊維が１〜５mmのセラ
    ミツク短繊維であり、多孔質表面層３の耐熱性繊
    維が１０mm以上のセラミツク長繊維である実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の表面燃
    焼バーナ。 ４ 多孔質表面層３が多孔質母材１の２０〜６０
    ％の厚さのものである実用新案登録請求の範囲第
