<Conventional technology> Conventional seat body manufacturing methods include wrapping the cushion body with a sewn cover and securing the main parts with hog rings, tough cars, etc., and using a highly stretchable skin material to smooth the seat body's irregularities. There is a method in which the shape is formed by suction molding using a vacuum forming means, and a urethane foam is foamed in the inside thereof.

However, the former method has the disadvantage that it is difficult to handle sheets with complex shapes such as those found in recent automobile seats, and the latter method has problems with air permeability and quality, so it is not used much. Not yet.

This manufacturing method includes a step of making a bag-like seat skin with a downward opening and a seating portion and a side surface, a skin setting step of inverting this seat skin and setting it on a lower mold, and after this step, an upper mold. The process of pressing the skin body and molding the skin body with a press means so as to match the pad body, then the process of polymerizing the pad body on the skin body and adhering the pad body to the back surface of the skin body, and finally the process of molding the skin body to match the pad body. The method includes a covering process of restoring the body and covering the pad body, and is said to have the effect of easily producing a seat body with good ventilation.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> The above-mentioned manufacturing method using a pressing means requires five steps: a skin body manufacturing process, a skin body setting process, a skin body pressing process, a skin body bonding process, and a covering process. Therefore, the number of manufacturing steps is large, and in the skin body setting process, it is necessary to invert the skin body and attach it to the lower mold in a predetermined state. There is a problem that is difficult.

Means for Solving the Problems> The present invention includes a step of making a bag-like seat skin body with a downward opening and a seating part and a side face part, and a process of attaching this skin body to a pad body formed into a predetermined shape. A step of applying an adhesive, such as a heat bonding or pressure sensitive adhesive, to one or both of the back surface of the skin body and the outer surface of the pad body before the pressing step described below, and a step of applying an adhesive, for example, a heat-adhesive or pressure-sensitive adhesive to the back surface of the skin body and the outer surface of the pad body before the pressing step, and a step of applying an adhesive to the surface body after the hat-attaching step. A manufacturing method is provided which comprises the steps of pressing the seating part of the body with a press means while molding along the upper surface of the pad body, and bonding the skin body and the pad body to each other at the same time or after the molding, and according to this, the conventional method 5
It can be expected that the process can be shortened to three steps: the skin manufacturing process, the force/hering process, and the pressing process.

FIG. 1 shows a bag-shaped seat skin 1O used in the method of the present invention. In the skin manufacturing process, this skin 1O is formed by surrounding a seating portion 11 and surrounding the seating portion 11 in a hanging manner. When provided with the formed side surface portion 12, both are formed into a shape with an opening 13 at the bottom.

The press device 30 includes, for example, a lower mold 3) that fits tightly with the upper surface 21 of the part body 20, an upper mold 32 that presses the part body 20 onto the lower mold 3), and a press device. If it is a hot press machine, the upper and lower molds 3). 3
One or both of the mold cooling means may be provided with a heating means, for example an electric heater 33 or a hot air blowing means (not shown), and in some cases, a cold fluid flow device may be provided in one example of the mold cooling means.

As shown in FIG. 3, this adhesive 40 is usually applied to the back surface of the seating portion 11 constituting the skin body 10 and the seating surface of the pad body 20 before attaching the skin body IO to the pad body 20. However, in some cases, after the skin body 10 is attached to the pad body 20, for example, a spray nozzle is inserted between the skin body lO and the pad body 20. Alternatively, the liquid adhesive may be sprayed, thereby solving the problem of the adhesive adhering to other surfaces during the process of attaching the hat.

As for the above-mentioned adhesive, when a hot press method is used as the pressing means, a heat-bonding type is preferable, but since a pressing force is applied between the pad body 20 and the skin body 10 during the pressing process, the adhesive is bonded by pressure bonding. It may be of a pressure-sensitive type that produces an action, or it may be of a type that adheres by mere contact.

In the method of the present invention, the surface of the skin body and the surface of the pad body may of course be formed by a wadding process, and in the pressing process, the pad body is heated while being pressed to apply the adhesive. Alternatively, after the press process is completed, the pad body to which the skin body is attached is heated in a separate process, and the adhesive is melted during this heating process, thereby forming the skin body into a pad. It may also be attached to the body.

<Effects of the Invention> As described above, the manufacturing method of the present invention converts the epidermis lO into the pad body 2.
After covering 0, the skin body 1 is pressed by pressing means.
0 to the pad body 20 and molding of the skin body 1O are performed at the same time, so compared to the conventional method, it is possible to save the trouble of inverting and setting the skin body, and it is possible to form and combine one skin body. Since there is no need to carry out the process of wearing and wearing in a separate process, the manufacturing process can be greatly simplified.
