て、湿度設定器を有し、相対湿度を検知してこれ
に対応した湿度電圧信号を出力する湿度検知回路
と、所定期間毎に出力電圧レベルが一定範囲レベ
ル内を所定勾配でもつて増加する信号を出力する
信号発生回路と、前記湿度検知回路から出力され
る湿度電圧信号と前記信号発生回路から出力され
る信号との電圧レベルとを比較し、前記湿度設定
器の設定湿度近傍に達するほど前記発振子の振動
動作期間を短くする湿度調節信号を出力する加湿
動作回路とを具備したことを特徴とする超音波加
湿器の湿度調節装置。 (2) 信号発生回路は、湿度検出回路の湿度電圧
信号レベルの変化範囲内の電圧レベル範囲を持つ
た三角波または正弦波のうちいずれか一方を出力
